Sierra Catering’s story began in Mexico, where our experience was shaped across the restaurant, café, industrial, and corporate hospitality industries. Those early years gave us more than culinary experience — they taught us the importance of service, attention to detail, and creating meaningful experiences around the table.

In 2010, that journey brought us to Houston. A year later, Sierra Catering was born — a name inspired by the Sierra Madre of Monterrey, a symbol of strength and grandeur that reflects the foundation on which our company continues to grow.

Since 2011, we have carried that foundation into every celebration we serve. What began as a passion for food and hospitality has evolved into a complete catering experience centered around warmth, authenticity, inclusivity, and personalized attention.

Today, Sierra Catering creates thoughtfully tailored experiences for weddings, corporate gatherings, quinceañeras, and meaningful celebrations throughout Houston and its surrounding areas.
